Houston Divorce & Family Law Attorneys

Big-city case, senior attention. Enos Family Law represents Houston families from our Clear Lake–area office — Board Certified divorce, custody, and property division without downtown rates.

The Family Law Firm in Your Own Backyard

Plenty of Houston families would rather skip the downtown parking garages and big-firm billing by committee. Our office sits just off I-45 in Webster, an easy trip down the Gulf Freeway — and your case gets a Board Certified senior attorney, not a rotating cast of associates.

Attorney Greg Enos is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — held by fewer than 1% of Texas lawyers — with 41+ years of experience. He works alongside a genuine family team: Paul Enos, Catherine Enos Healy, and Shandon Tonry. For the engineers, medical staff, and business owners of the Bay Area corridor, that means senior, board-certified attention close to home.

Where a Houston Divorce Is Filed

Houston is the seat of Harris County, so a Houston divorce is generally filed in the Harris County family courts downtown.
One spouse must have lived in Texas 6 months and in Harris County 90 days to file.
Texas requires a 60-day minimum waiting period before any divorce is final.
We are in the Harris County family courts constantly — that experience is our advantage, and yours. We're in these courts constantly and know the local judges, staff, and procedures that shape how a case really moves.
